Well I'm not sure that it's very usefull to present you worldwide company Microsoft, but it's what I did today. In fact I think that it is very important to understand how works an American company before to go there and pretend to a job there.
In this presentation one the thing which surprised me the most was the difference between the work conditions France and America inside the company. In fact whereas Microsoft propose very good working conditions in Europe, the working environment in America is not as good as it is in the old continent.
About the working conditions in America it is very interesting to see the classification of the100 Best Companies to Work For® provides by the Great Place to Work® Institute.
