Because one day we all will work we want to find the company which was made for us ! There isn't a best company in the World, there are many good company with strength and weaknesses . Then it just depend of what you like or not... But before like everybody you need to know where you go. Personally, I have some ideas for my future ... I don't know if it could be applicable for everyone but I will write here what I've done for it and you could profile your company.
The magic list
A good start could be to know what you like in your life and what you don't like ! For example if you like tennis like me, why not to work in a company which is linked to tennis like Head, Wilson etc. Just make it with everything and it will give you a idea ...
Experiences
Because your job will represent at less 50% of your life it is very important to go in the good direction ... so before to launch yourself in something it is important to have every informations that you can have about the company. For that everything is good, I mean just take a look on the Internet, speak with friends, teachers, family etc. Take especially some informations about :
- public image
- financial health
- evolution into the company
- ambiance
- salary
- etc .
Finally just make sure that you will do something that you really like and do it for bad reasons ... I don't have a lot of advices to give about it, but I just know that it's not good to jump on the first job because we have a good feeling ... especially when we are young.
